We Are The Stories That We Tell Ourselves

We are the stories that we tell ourselves. But what if these stories aren’t working for us and even if we want to change the narrative, we don’t know how to? This very important question led us to reflect, brainstorm and eventually create The Story of Me workshop 2 years ago. Now running successfully in Singapore and India, The Story of Me is a unique workshop that helps people to be the best versions of themselves. It assists them to identify their authentic self, their strengths and their own conditioning. It invites them to a pause, a date with themselves, so that they can find ways to re-craft their own story and realign goals to maximise their wellbeing.

Story of Me is now available in an online format and open to participants from all over the world. It provides an online space to reassess your life’s story, guided by experts in the fields of coaching and counselling. The workshop design is crafted using inputs from Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology and Applied Neuroscience.

One aspect of the workshop is the examination of the way we carry labels given to us in our childhood and teen years, however, many of those labels may not be serving us any more. Know more about the labels we carry.
