Dedicating my First Book to my Dad

‘This is for you dad… For being the greatest storyteller that I have ever known, for believing in me, no matter what; for allowing me to be different, come what may; for being there for me, however difficult and finally, because I   promised… even if you are not here anymore’.

This book was written as a surprise gift to my dad because he would always pester me to put my writing on a platform and give it a formal shape. I always would scribble things to him and he would file it. Unfortunately, he died when the book was 2 chapters short of completion. I almost shelved the manuscript for four years before having the courage to bring it out again. I hope my dad is watching from wherever guardian angels live and look at the people they love.
